1. Are you conducting Offline Classes?
Ans: Currently we are open for both Offline and Online classes.
Offline Batch Class is running at Bhoomi Park Club House, Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai
Time: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday at 8:10am.
You can take one free trial class before joining.
All Fee payment is in advance after taking trial class.
2. Do you take Group classes only?
Ans: We take Group Class and One to One Class
In Group Class, others will also connect.
In One to One Class, only you connect.
3. Suitable time to call for Enquiry?
Ans: Please Call between 1PM to 6PM. If not answered then you get a call back after sometime. Do leave a message about your enquiry. You can also message on Whatsapp, you will get reply within 24 hrs.
4. How can I join online class on Zoom? I am not a technical Person.
Ans: You don’t need any technical specification to connect on Zoom app. Just download it in smart phone from Google Playstore and install it. It is easy to use. For more clarification watch video on ‘How to connect on Zoom’ on our YouTube channel.
5. What if I miss any class after I join. Will it be manageable?
Ans: Classes are not manageable in Batch class. If you miss any class, you lose it. So please don’t miss your classes.
In only Personal class and in only rare emergency case max up to 2 classes can be adjusted. And this should be adjusted within 7 days of your month’s end date as mentioned on your payment receipt. If you miss any of these 2 cover classes then it will be Forfeited.
6. Is Fee refundable once paid?
Ans: No, fee is non refundable. So take your proper decision before joining the class. Cover your classes within the end date mentioned on the payment receipt.
7. Will Yoga give me benefit?
Ans: yes if you do it in right way, with dedication, with continuity, with discipline and practice more. It is a process where you learn a lot about your limits, It is a process where you find a way of self exploration, It is the knowledge which helps you to keep fit at Physical and mental level.
Yoga helps in weight management, weight loss, it helps to tone the body, it helps in stress management, it helps in decision making, it helps to calm the mind, it helps to live Healthy & Peaceful life.
8. Will I lose Weight by Yoga?
Ans: Yes if you check your diet. Any physical exercise helps in weight management. It only works if we take right diet and avoid all wrong diet, junk food which cause weight gain.
Diet Instruction will be provided for weight loss. If you strictly follow it, you see good results soon. If you don’t control your wrong eating habits then the process of weight loss will be very slow
Weight Loss is combination of Right Exercise + Right Diet
9. I am a Senior Citizen. Can I join Yoga Class?
Ans: Yes, You can Join. We do easy postures, light exercise which helps to boost immunity, detox the body, helps in blood circulation, helps in weight loss, helps to increase the energy level, keeps you fit, helps in stress management. Before Joining for trial class, do contact us for more clarification.
10. What is the fee for Online or Offline Class?
Ans: Fee for Online & Offline Batch Class is same. Fee is Rs2000 per month, 3 days a week class.
For Senior Citizens, Fee is Rs1500 per month, 3 days a week class.
11. How to Pay the Fee?
Ans: You will be given Bank Account details to pay the fee online. Pay your fee in advance. After finishing trial class, when you join for your first class then you have to pay the fee in advance for the whole month.
12. Do You have any package for more discount?
Ans: Sorry we don’t offer any package as it is already at very discounted price. Our fee is fixed for everyone. Fee is only monthly basis. So you have to pay fee every month in advance. There is no quarter or annual package.
13. What kind of Yoga you teach?
Ans: We have our our own technique of teaching yoga. It is mixed form of ancient-modern yoga techniques plus our own discovered yoga postures & techniques to get more health benefits. Once you join the class then you will easily understand these techniques which will help you to stay fit.
